Aesthetic services are available at our Renton location with our skilled team: aesthetic nurse Shreena and master aesthetician Emily.
IV Happy hour:

Offered every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month at our Renton location.
Late Cancellations & No Shows:

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please review the full policy below for details.

Direct Primary Care "Meet & Greets":
​
May be scheduled with Dr. Jessica Pierce. We kindly request that you familiarize yourself with our direct primary care program and FAQ page before the meet & greet. Please note that our primary care program is membership based and we do not bill insurance for visits, as all primary care visits are covered by your membership fee. Insurance may be utilized for lab work and medication.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We reserve dedicated time specifically for your care. Because that time is set aside exclusively for you and often cannot be filled on short notice, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to make changes. A valid credit card is required to be kept securely on file for all appointments. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file in accordance with the policy below.

Cancellation Notice:
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations and are subject to a fee.

15-Minute Appointments:
(Includes Nutrient Injections, Quick Consults, and Provider Meet & Greets)
A card on file is required to reserve all appointments.

No-Show (no communication): $75
​All Other Appointments (Over 15 Minutes):
(Includes primary care visits, IV therapy, and all appointments exceeding 15 minutes)

Ketamine Therapy Cancellation Policy
Ketamine sessions are extended medical appointments (90–120 minutes) requiring dedicated clinical staff and preparation. Please review our scheduling policy prior to booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:

48+ hours notice: No charge

Less than 48 hours: Full session fee charged or one session deducted from your treatment series

No-show: Full session fee or session forfeited
Late Arrivals:

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation.
Prepayment Required:

Maintenance sessions and group ketamine treatments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.
Emergencies:

Fees may be waived at clinician discretion for acute illness or true emergencies. Please notify us as soon as possible.
Please note:
Dr. Jessica is at our Renton location on Tuesdays and Thursdays and at our Burien location on Mondays and Fridays​.

Dr. Ashley is at our Renton location on Wednesdays and every 1st and 3rd Saturday. She is at our Burien location on Mondays and Fridays.
