Initiating Membership
Memberships must be initiated in-person or by phone. plans are subject to a one-time initiation fee of $200. 
3 month minimum Commitment required.

Health Insurance
Dr. Ashley Irizarry, Dr. Jessica Pierce and Dr. Bita Shakib are considered out-of-network providers and do not take insurance. You may be able to get full or partial reimbursement for in person physician visit fees by submitting a superbill provided by New Wave Medicine to your insurance company. This reimbursement is completely subject to your insurance plan and out- of-network deductible policy. While memberships include unlimited medical visits, we recommend that patients carry a minimum of catastrophic insurance or a high deductible insurance plan to cover urgent care, emergency room visits or hospitalizations, specialist visits and lab work.
