General & Ketamine Appointments
Every appointment time is reserved specifically for your care. To reduce last-minute schedule disruptions and ensure availability for all patients, we’ve updated our cancellation guidelines for both general visits and ketamine therapy sessions.​

General Appointment Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
​
15-Minute Appointments
(Nutrient injections, quick consults, provider meet & greets)
Late cancellation: $35
No-show: $75
​
Appointments Longer Than 15 Minutes
(IV therapy, primary care visits, and other extended appointments)
Late cancellation: $75
No-show: $150
​
A card on file is required to reserve appointments. Patients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be asked to prepay for future visits.

Ketamine Therapy Appointment Policy
Ketamine sessions are extended medical treatments that require dedicated clinical staff and preparation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
48+ hours notice: No charge
Less than 48 hours: Full session fee charged or one session deducted from your treatment series
No-show: Full session fee or session forfeited
​
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation.
​
Prepayment Required
Maintenance and group ketamine sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.
Emergencies may be reviewed at clinician discretion. Text and email reminders are now in place for your convenience.
